The HIV virus affects the CD4+T cells in the body which is responsible for the immune method of the body. If these cells are affected then the person loses the immune mechanism and thus is prone to plenty of other diseases. The nanorobots which are fed inside the body do plenty of jobs, they are as follows: entering the virus head, duplicate the RNA of the virus, disable the replicating mechanism, etc. These functions are fed inside the nanorobot. When the HIV virus is made as a dead virus then there's no possibilities of further spreading inside the body. Thus the other diseases which are present in the body can be cured by suitable vaccines. For example the TB can be cured by giving BCG vaccine.
The cure for AIDS has not been found completely, but the cure is possible with the present day technology – Nanotechnology. With the advent of nanorobot it is possible to cure even the deadliest disease. Though the implementation of this method is bit tedious complete cure is possible.
Since the size of the virus is in the order of microns, it is easily possible for the nanorobots which are in the order of nanometer to enter the head of the HIV virus. The head of the virus contains the RNA which gives the instruction for producing viral proteins. The nanorobot that is sent inside the body has pattern recognition software which finds the HIV virus pattern. When it encounters the virus, then it first sits on the envelope of the virus. Slowly the nanorobot punctures the envelope and enters the capsid which is made of proteins. The robot which enters the head of the virus, duplicates the RNA (DNA of the host cell) of the HIV. Thus the virus is rendered inactive. When the original RNA of the virus is duplicated, the virus loses its ability to replicate, instruct, and affect the other cells. When the virus becomes inactive, then it is easy for the doctors for curing other diseases that caused as a result of AIDS. Thus the patient is safe from death. With the inventions and discoveries evolving with a quick pace, there is nothing which is impossible.
